When we first partnered with ENP Fitouts in early 2024, the relationship began with media production. The team wanted strong visuals to match the quality of their projects. But as we worked together, it became clear there was much more potential.

With the right strategy, ENP could transform not just how their projects looked online, but how their entire brand was perceived. What started as content creation quickly grew into a full-service marketing partnership.

The biggest challenge ENP faced was making data-driven decisions in an industry that rarely leans on data at all. Their marketing efforts were scattered, and the lack of insights made it hard to measure success or understand the market.

We stepped in to collect and analyse data ourselves using it to guide advertising strategy, refine messaging, and ultimately give ENP a clearer picture of how their clients think and behave.

While ENP already had an identity, we saw an opportunity to sharpen it. Their bold red-and-grey palette reflects the grit of construction, but we leaned into this contrast to better showcase the energy of their culture alongside the professionalism of their work. Over time, this evolved into a brand that feels as strong and polished as the spaces they build.

We began by overhauling their content. Instead of inconsistent posting, ENP now has a full content system slick project showcases, customer testimonials, polished team photos, and behind-the-scenes construction videos enhanced with trending VFX to stand out.

Each piece of content was designed not just to inform, but to tell a story about ENP’s craftsmanship and culture.

Next, we tackled their online home. The old website was slow, unoptimised, and lacked a clear structure. We rebuilt it from the ground up with a focus on user experience across all devices.

Navigation was streamlined, copywriting refined through market research, and portfolio updates became a regular feature. We also added online resources to position ENP as an authority, not just a contractor.

One of the most impactful tools has been email marketing. We introduced email capture campaigns, nurturing flows, and popups that keep ENP’s audience engaged beyond the website. Out of everything we’ve rolled out, the emails consistently get the most praise from ENP’s clients building loyalty and trust while driving repeat engagement.
